**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk & Customer Service**
- Offer wellness tea/water and create a soothing reception ambiance.
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, aligning with the centre’s healing and wellness philosophy.
- Manage appointments and scheduling via booking systems.
- Answer client queries about services, products, and promotions.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
- Customer Follow-Up after service.
- Handle walk-in enquiries into appointments.
**2. Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, payments, settlement.
- Prepare daily sales and appointment reports.
- Monitor and reorder office and treatment supplies when necessary.
- Assist in filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks like issuing receipts or invoices.
**3. Operations Support**
- Coordinate with therapists and wellness staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Monitor stock levels of wellness products and order.
- Assist in onboarding new clients (e.g., consent forms, wellness profiles).
- Support basic marketing activities (e.g., SMS blasts, follow-ups, social media support if required.
**4.Event Coordination & Support**
- Occasionally, the wellness centre may host small-scale events such as wellness workshops etc.
- **Assist in preparing for events**, including guest lists, and materials.
- **Register attendees** and welcome walk-in guests during events.
- **Assist in event preparation and coordination**, including setting up the venue, preparing event materials (e.g., photos, attendance lists, feedback forms), and ensuring smooth event execution.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
