Procurement Category Lead

**Who You Are**:Job Summary**:
Responsible for executing Sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and supporting product development initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant industry. The Category Manager will work closely with the product R&D team to identify suppliers that meet our taste and quality standards

**What You'll Champion**:
**1. Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Execution**
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for the assigned category, in line with the Company’s direction and relevant function priorities. Aim to deliver targeted savings and other KPIs, including cash flow improvement, risk management, and compliance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from other functions to lead assigned projects, maintain progress, and ensure timely achievement of the objectives, sharing periodic reports on the status.
- Interface and partner with users to understand needs and deliver continuous value and a high level of customer service.
- Strive for excellence in procurement, including commercial and process ownership for category sourcing activities.
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the category spend, strategic plans, project status, and performance against established KPIs to the direct manager.

**2. Supplier Management and Contract Negotiation**
- Enable a reliable supply base for the assigned category, conduct supplier evaluations, and manage supplier relationships, supply risks, and business continuity.
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Own contract execution and ensure compliance of suppliers to contracted terms & conditions.
- Track and monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain high standards.
- Prepare regular reports on supplier performance and contract status for relevant parties.

**Who You Are**:

- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management or procurement within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about procurement and committed to driving continuous improvement.
