**Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day operations of E-Commerce Marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee Webstore, Tik Tok & etc)
- Ensure timely update and upload new products and product listings.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product listings, including product descriptions, status, price, and images as required.
- Execute basic graphics and video edits as needed to enhance product presentation.
- Assist with customers regarding missing/damaged items or returns.
- Assist in handling returns, arranging replacements or refunds, and maintaining accurate records. Prepare reports for returns and refunds bi-weekly across all marketplaces.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide customer service support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on branding and awareness activities.
- Assist in conducting market research and provide recommendations to senior members in the team.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing corrective measures for successful completion.
- Contribute to packing, stock management, and stock count activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or relevant certification in E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experienced / Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like Sitegiant Unicart, Sitegiant ERP, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok.
- Entry-level experience in product listing creation and maintenance.
- Basic skills in graphics and video editing.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to various aspects of E-commerce operations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of market research concepts.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under guidance.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin, additional languages a plus.
