In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of between 15 and 20 analysts and content writers responsible for developing content to improve awareness of our brand across our Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesian markets. Team Operations Work with leadership to develop strategy to improve search engine rankings through quality content and digital media partnerships across core markets Manage team (deliverables, timelines, and resource capacity) to deliver on the following: Identifying relevant keywords for key product / categories to promote Content Development to highlight and promote focus products and categories Relationship Building with digital media sites to build brand awareness and credibility Develop detailed processes and guidelines to optimize team's operations to increase connections, optimize costs, and obtain greater efficiency Develop and monitor team's target metrics, ensuring key stakeholders are informed through fortnightly and monthly performance reports Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to achieve target metrics Team Development Coach team members through their personal and professional development goals by regularly assessing progress and providing guidance and support where needed Recruit and train team members on technical and non-technical team operations Inspire and motivate team to achieve high performance
