**职位描述：**
我们正在寻找一位具有创意与经验的平面设计师加入我们的团队。如果您有地产广告设计的经验，并能够为品牌提供高质量的视觉创意和设计方案，我们诚邀您加入我们。

**工作职责：**
- 根据客户需求或品牌指导，制定创意设计概念与方案
- 使用设计软件（如Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator等）进行平面设计与创作
- 设计并维护品牌视觉元素，如logo、色调、字体等
- 为各种印刷和数字材料提供排版和布局设计
- 与项目经理、营销人员及其他团队成员合作，确保项目按时交付
- 向客户展示设计方案，并根据反馈进行修改与优化
- 管理设计文件，确保文件整理和版本控制
- 跟进项目进展，确保设计质量符合要求
- 负责印刷品和制作的质量控制
**职位要求：**
- 具有平面设计或相关专业的学士学位
- 熟练掌握Adobe Creative Suite（Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign等）
- 具备良好的创意思维和视觉设计能力
- 有地产广告设计经验者优先
- 能够独立完成设计任务，并具备良好的团队合作精神
- 具备与客户沟通和接受反馈的能力
- 具有印刷设计经验者优先
职位类型：全职, 终身制

薪资： RM3,000.00至RM4,500.00（每月 ）
