**Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in product marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English ,Malay and **Mandarin**).
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding product positioning and targeting.
- **Product Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. Align strategies with overall business goals.
- **Product Launch**: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing. Develop marketing collateral, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- **Content Creation**: Create compelling marketing content such as product presentations, brochures, website content, and sales enablement materials. Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
- **Campaign Management**: Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and customer acquisition. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and communicate product value propositions effectively. Develop customer case studies and testimonials.
- **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales tools, training materials, and product demonstrations. Provide support to sales representatives to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- **Market Positioning**: Define and articulate the unique value proposition of products. Develop positioning statements and differentiation strategies to establish a strong market presence.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to product marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
