Customer Service Chance of Promotion Fresh Graduate

To handle inbound booking from guests, providing guests with answers to their technical issues, general and product enquiries as well as giving billing information provided by the system. The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the accommodation and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. The Reservations Agent should be an experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality. In addition, he/she must be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone.
**RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS**:
- Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation. Complete internal reservation forms.
- Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, Department Head.
- Process WRO, Trust, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations
- Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations, clear waitlisted reservations.
- Run appropriate reports checking for special requests and hard blocking any rooms that are not hard blocked for special requests, inform Manager of any Special Attention, VIP guests and assist CIS Leader in obtaining arrival times for VIPs or Special Attention guests.
- Monitor Front Desk reservations made night prior, address any reoccurring issues.
- Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
- Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

- Age 19 years old - 45 years old.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and interaction skills
- Willing to learn and work on shift with an open attitude.
- Pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette and admirable behavioral traits.
- Team-oriented and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Basic keyboard and computer skills.
- Sound knowledge of computer networking would be an added advantage.
- Good spelling, grammar, and comprehension skills
- Fluent in spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
