Job Scope
- To participate in bidding, pre-contract and costing activities to ensure corporate objectives are met.
- To prepare quotations, pre-qualification and tender documents, ad bidding proposals, particularly on cost estimate.
- To assist in the negotiation, administration, extension, termination, and re-negotiation of contracts/orders.
- To assist in evaluating received bids for conformity to contract requirements, and preparation of recommendations and Letter of Acceptance.
- To assist in preparing budget for individual projects and cost monitoring.
- To assist in tracking and analyzing market trends, compiling and computing cost data/factors, and advise on bidding and procurement strategies.
- To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client, and to evaluate the same from subcontractors/vendors.
- To take off quantities from drawings and prepare bills of quantities.
- To undertake other jobs assigned by superiors as required.

Requirement
- Recognized Degree or above in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related fields.
- Familiar with water and wastewater related projects.
- Required skil(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Location: Will be based at Petaling Jaya, if work needed would need to travel to site
