Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Tech Team Lead responsible for monitors, and and evaluate staff progress, assist with training and recruitment, set goals, and ensure overall client satisfaction and achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Must have excellent analytical skills to understand the needs of an organization and find solutions to help move the organization forward.

Key Requirements:

- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Develops solutions on variety of platforms according to business requirements
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Perform code Reviews to maintain standards & secure coding practices.
- Resolve technical problems as they arise
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect or similar role
- Previous project management experience is advantageous
- In-depth understanding of coding languages
- Efficient communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
