**Who are we?**
Omnidesk is a standing desk company based in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia. Our mission is to help our users build a workspace that feels good, is more productive and ergonomic. Your role as the Customer Service Officer in our team will be our first line support for resolving questions and issues in regards to our products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Helping with Zendesk tickets and calls i.e. enquiries from customers
- Manage 3rd party Marketplace platform chat and order processing
- Moderate Social Media comments and chats
- Ensuring customer satisfaction both pre-sale and post-sale
- Providing customer support and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Developing a strong business presence with clients in both B2B and B2C sales channels
- Build and maintain good relationships with the customers to increase repeat business.
- Any ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate.
- Good command of Malay and English.
- Have basic speaking and writing etiquette.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Working hours**:
5 Days Work
Monday to Friday: 11.30am to 8pm
Saturday: 12pm to 6pm
1 Off Day & 1 Rest Day per Week
**Working Location**:
E-02-11 Sunway Geo Avenue, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
