The **Group Finance & HR Manager** is responsible for the overall financial management and human resource functions of the Group. This role oversees financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, compliance, and strategic planning while also managing HR operations including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, payroll, and industrial relations. The position ensures effective governance, people development, and alignment of finance and HR strategies with the Group’s overall objectives.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Finance Leadership & Reporting**
- Lead and oversee group finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate, timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Oversee annual audits, liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators.

**2. Budgeting, Treasury & Risk Management**
- Lead the annual budget and forecast process across group companies.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and group treasury activities to ensure liquidity.
- Maintain banking relationships, oversee credit facilities, and monitor debt obligations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.

**3. Compliance & Governance**
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Develop and enforce internal controls, financial policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee corporate governance matters related to finance and HR.

**4. Human Resources Management**
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and succession planning.
- Ensure effective payroll administration, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and HR compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance on industrial relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, and labor law compliance.
- Support organizational restructuring, manpower planning, and workforce optimization.

**5. Strategic Planning & Business Partnering**
- Partner with management to align financial and HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide financial and workforce insights to support decision-making, business growth, and expansion plans.
- Evaluate investment proposals, manpower budgets, and cost-control initiatives.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on both financial health and human capital development.

**6. Leadership & Team Development**
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and HR teams to ensure high performance and growth.
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across both functions.
- Oversee staff performance evaluation and succession planning.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Accuracy and timeliness of group financial reporting and consolidation.
- Budget vs. actual performance and effective financial analysis.
- Cash flow stability and working capital efficiency.
- Compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Recruitment cycle time, employee turnover rate, and retention levels.
- Employee engagement scores and training & development outcomes.
- Strength of internal controls and policy enforcement.
- Leadership effectiveness and team development within Finance & HR.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional qualification in Finance (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, CIMA) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum **10 years of progressive experience** in finance, with at least **5 years in a senior managerial role**, and exposure/experience overseeing HR.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate governance, and HR practices under Malaysian law (Employment Act, IR Act, labor regulations).
- Proven experience in group consolidation, financial strategy, and HR leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, analytical mindset, and sound business judgment.
- Proficiency in ERP/financial systems and HRIS is an advantage

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
