**WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT**

We are looking for a dedicated client engagement Advisor to help us build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through one-on-one interactions at events and personal consultations. If you have great communication skills and are comfortable conversing with the general public about Edutech products and services, we would love to meet you

- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Represent the company in campaigns, exhibitions, conferences and other dedicated events
- Actively seek out new clients through one-on-one networking
- Set up meetings with potential clients, paying close attention to questions and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Handle clients’ complaints and objections, negotiate win-win proposals and close deals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers to share with internal teams for continuous improvements

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- English and Mandarin languages required
- Socially adept with strong communication skills
- Good in time management and meeting deadlines
- Able to handle stress and working under pressure
- Willing to learn and grow in B2C environment
- Own transport
