**Job Purpose**:
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients by serving as the main point of contact, understanding their logistics needs, and ensuring smooth delivery of services. This role bridges the gap between customer requirements and operational execution to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients to ensure their logistics requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

2. **Operations Coordination**
- Coordinate with the operations, traffic, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery, pickup, and overall service excellence.
- Monitor job orders, delivery schedules, and resolve any service issues proactively.

3. **Sales Support & Growth**
- Understand client business and logistics needs to recommend tailored services.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support contract renewals and negotiations.

4. **Documentation & Reporting**
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of delivery orders, billing documents, and PODs (Proof of Delivery).
- Maintain updated records of all customer communications, service issues, and resolutions.
- Generate monthly reports for key account performance and revenue tracking.

5. **Issue Resolution & Escalation**
- Respond promptly to client concerns or complaints and ensure resolution through the appropriate internal teams.
- Escalate critical issues to management with actionable recommendations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
