This role responsible for sourcing goods and services that are not directly related to the production of the company’s products or services. These may include office suppliers, travel, IT, marketing, utilities, consumable goods, and other categories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of best practices and regulations in indirect sourcing. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Procurement of goods and services that are not directly related to facilities supply and services.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure optimal terms and conditions, such as price, delivery, quality, and service levels.
- Managing supplier relationships and performance, including conducting regular reviews, audits, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and aligning sourcing activities with business objectives and priorities.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and savings achieved through indirect sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
