Key Responsibilities
- Performs Secretariat function to the Products and Value Propositions Committee, and ensuring effective communication, comments and suggestions provided by stakeholders are incorporated and/or addressed prior to the formalization of the product proposal and provide assurance that all conditions are placed prior to product launch.
- Analyze and dissect products and value propositions information and competitor analysis provided by Business Units (and Control Units), and prepare concise product (covering structure, features and risk profile of the product) risk assessment to Senior Management.
- Assist in managing and coordinating projects relating to enhancements of the Bank’s products and value propositions evaluation processes; rationalizing product inventory; and compose digital and sustainability mapping of products and services.
- Conduct regular review on regulatory guidelines pertaining to products and services while validating the appropriateness of the product risk rating of investment products proposed by Business Units prior to the formalizing of the product proposal.
- Attend to ad-hoc products and value propositions related matters, as and when required by management or regulatory bodies whilst providing assistance to Business Units as and when required.

Key Requirements
- A degree holder (Finance / Economics / Business / Analytics) with minimum 5 years related experience.
- A Bank Risk Management certification (by AICB) will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in ensuring risk management priorities are reflected in the Bank’s strategic plans and demonstrated track record as a business partner in striking balance between risk and business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders.
