To implement company & department procedure, Work Instruction, Rules & Regulations, maintain all related record & up keeping good housekeeping
- Assist Department HOD to work together with team to achieve department Objective
- To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
- To present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
- To carry out supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- To identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- To evaluate and provide analysis to management for new products and international market opportunities.
- To support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- To make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
- To providing pre-sales support and aftercare to customers to ensure future sales.
- To facilitate with Marketing Manager and Technical Sales Manager in the execution of the developed sales strategies, plans, and advertising or promotional programs.
- To ensure activities are in accordance with the developed sales objectives and company’s interests.
- To proactively evaluate the sales procedure and recommend any necessary changes
**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
