**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of between 15 and 20 analysts and content writers responsible for developing content to improve awareness of our brand across our Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesian markets.

**Team Operations**
- Work with leadership to develop strategy to improve search engine rankings through quality content and digital media partnerships across core markets
- Manage team (deliverables, timelines, and resource capacity) to deliver on the following:

- **Identifying relevant keywords** for key product / categories to promote
- **Content Development **to highlight and promote focus products and categories
- **Relationship Building **with digital media sites to build brand awareness and credibility
- Develop detailed processes and guidelines to optimize team’s operations to increase connections, optimize costs, and obtain greater efficiency
- Develop and monitor team’s target metrics, ensuring key stakeholders are informed through fortnightly and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to achieve target metrics

**Team Development**
- Coach team members through their personal and professional development goals by regularly assessing progress and providing guidance and support where needed
- Recruit and train team members on technical and non-technical team operations
- Inspire and motivate team to achieve high performance

**Requirements**:

- University degree in any discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in leading and managing a team, particularly in a remote or hybrid working environment
- Experience in SEO related work preferred (including experience with SEO tools)
- Experience working with multilingual teams
- Effective project management skills and highly detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative culture, managing various stakeholders across teams
- Excellent communication skills and able to effectively articulate risks, challenges, and ideas
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
