**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize paperwork, documentation, and files related to production activities.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of production schedules, reports, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions for production staff.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between production teams, management, and other departments.
- Facilitate effective communication by disseminating relevant information to the production lines.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production-related information.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends or areas for improvement.
- Assist in data entry and ensure data integrity in production databases.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with the inventory and procurement teams to monitor and manage stock levels.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system for production materials.
- **Facility Coordination**:

- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of production facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that production activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve administrative issues that may arise within the production lines.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
