- To generate the machine program for the machine to run.
- All programs complied with the drawing needed.
- Verify to confirm the program meets the products meeting specification.
- Establish WI for processes plan / machine Set-up.
- Guide machinist on machine setup, operation as per the program generated.
- Ensure the program and WI of the program is stored and managed properly in the system.
- Monitor and control material wastage.
- To support the production floor on the urgency of the job.
- To ensure the MES data is clearly provided to production planning to up-load to the MES system.
- To lead / guide the programmer 1 & 2 level.
- To optimize the program path / method to increase the production productivity.
- Capable of estimating process time for planners to plan production.
- To ensure production safety & 5S is carried out and maintained.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
- To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Requirement
- Certificate/Diploma in Machining/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent years to related experience.
- At least 5-8 years working experience in CNC manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in CAM programming, setup machine, dimensional measurement, Machining Process and Jig & Fixture Design / Concept.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
