ZALORA is searching for a self-starter, organized and motivated Associate Manager
- Category to join its regional commercial department in Kuala Lumpur (MY). With high internal growth potential, the right fit for the role is someone capable to run to the end of the world to achieve his/her goals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement for the category
- Conduct frequent brand review meetings either on a monthly, quarterly or seasonal basis
- Completes and supports all facets of contract negotiations with new potential brands/ suppliers
- Continuously analyze the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive in relation to the market
- Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive the overall performance of the Category
- Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships
- Hire, train and/or manage a team of Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 4/5 years of working experience in relevant field
- Prior working experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, and e-commerce is a plus
- Experienced in management and leadership roles. Passionate in coaching, mentoring and team management
- Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Advance working knowledge of Excel, Looker is preferred
- Can speak and understand Mandarin
