Main duties include reviewing budgets, processing shipments and building delivery routes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead functional teams (Inventory / Production) staffs in the department to perform according to SOPs.
- Manage daily operations including manpower schedule planning.
- Resolve daily operational issues including implementing effective short/long term measures (SOPs/System) to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Safe Work Procedures (SWP) at work areas. Identify and Conduct / Review WSH Risk Assessment (RA) as and when required.
- Maintain best practice operating standards and adhere to Food Safety systems (e.g. MESTI/HACCP/ISO/HALAL) implemented by the company.
- Manage inventory in the ERP/WMS systems and ensuring physical movements of goods processes mirror system processes to maintain accuracy of stocks, including Receiving, transfers and issuing of stocks.
- Manage inbound shipments & coordinate the trucking in/out with shipping agents/transporter
- Manage the transfers, receiving, issuing and returns of inventory between warehouses and intercompany departments, 3rd Party Logistics/Warehouses.
- Responsible for monthly reporting of Inventory (Holding/Ageing), Delivery fulfilment and Team KPIs.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing, including the posting of inventory transactions into the ERP/WMS systems.
- Other assignments or duties that may be required by Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Warehouse and Inventory Management, Material And Production Planning, ERP, WMS.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity
- Well versed in warehouse management system and enterprise resource planning system.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
