We’re now looking for a **creative, driven, and tech-savvy Junior Designer** to join our team and help bring our brand to life across all our digital channels.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in crafting visual content that engages, informs, and inspires. Your work will directly support our marketing and communication efforts.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Design graphics and visuals for **social media platforms** (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Assist in designing **YouTube thumbnails**, **video overlays**, and simple animated content
- Collaborate with our marketing, product, and content teams to maintain a consistent visual brand identity
- Help grow our design asset library (icons, templates, branded illustrations, etc.)
- Occasionally support UI/UX or product design initiatives if interested (optional/growth area)

**What You Bring**
- 2-4 years of experience in a design or creative role (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in design tools like **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)** or **Canva, Figma, Capcut, etc.**:

- Solid understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory
- Experience creating **short-form video content** or motion graphics is a strong plus
- Familiarity with social media formats and best practices
- Bonus if you have exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or startup environments
