**Internship - Business Analyst**

**Location**: HQ (Menara UOA Subang Jaya) - near to LRT Subang Jaya station

**Position Type**: Internship

**Role Overview**:
As a **Business Analyst Intern**, you will support the Business Steering team in gathering and analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making across our used car operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how businesses use data to improve processes, identify opportunities, and enhance customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyze business transaction data to generate actionable insights.
- Assist in process mapping to document and improve operational workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process or product improvements.
- Support market and business development research for potential growth areas.
- Participate in gap analysis to highlight process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
- Engage in team discussions, ask questions, and learn from experienced analysts.

**What You’ll Learn**:

- Real-world business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, gap analysis).
- How to turn data into insights using Excel, Power BI, and potentially SQL/Tableau.
- Cross-functional collaboration and exposure to different business units.
- Strategic thinking and analytical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Interest in data analysis and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with the used car industry is a plus.
