**Customer Service & Client Interaction**:

- Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients for feedback.
- Provide general customer support, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

**Property Listing Management**:

- Assist in creating and updating property listings on various platforms (websites, property portals, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of all properties listed for sale or rent.
- Ensure all property details are correctly displayed and up-to-date, including pricing, features, and availability.

**Sales Support**:

- Coordinate with the sales and property management teams to ensure all documentation is prepared and processed efficiently.
- Help prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents for property transactions.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline and keeping track of prospects and leads.
- Provide administrative support to sales agents and property managers.

**Marketing & Promotions**:

- Help with organizing property events and promotional activities to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Update property-related content on websites and social media platforms.
- Execution on company different sales & marketing ideas

**Administrative Duties**:

- Handle office administration tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and managing databases.
- Ensure all client records are up to date and properly filed.
- Coordinate meetings, phone calls, and other day-to-day activities related to property management and sales.

**Market Research**:

- Assist in market research to identify current trends, property values, and competitive pricing.
- Support the team in preparing comparative market analysis (CMA) reports for clients.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the property management and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by offering support on various projects.
- Dealing with buildings management office for collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
