_**JOB DESCRIPTION**_
- **Inventory & Data Entry**_

1. Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and updated product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

2. Coordinate product launches on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and website.

3. Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with developers or platform support teams to resolve them promptly.

4. Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels on e-commerce platforms.
- **Marketplace development**_

1. Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

2. Regularly review and update website content, including images and descriptions.
- **Marketing strategy**_

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for each platform to increase visibility, traffic, and sales.

2. Execute promotional campaigns, including flash sales, discounts, and seasonal promotions.

3. Work with the marketing team to design and implement online advertisements (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Ads).

4. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate e-commerce strategies with social media campaigns and live sessions.
- **Data and Analytics**_

1. Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad ROI.

2. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on platform performance and campaign outcomes.
- **Customer Experience**_

1. Respond to online customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

2. Manage the order fulfilment process, working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

3. Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policy.
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**:_
- Preferably with at least 1 years of experience in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Applicants must be **willing to work in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras.**:

- Contract position(s) available.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
