**Description**

We are actively searching for a highly motivated intern to become a valuable member of our dynamic team in the capacity of an Event Marketing Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to acquire practical experience and invaluable industry insights within the film industry. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting diverse event management and marketing initiatives, contributing to your professional growth and development.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to full-time staff in daily operations and event planning.
- Collaborate in reaching out to speakers to gather bios, course materials, and other relevant information.
- Engage in vendor outreach to collect images, testimonials, and related materials.
- Take on project management responsibilities for events and actively participate in the Events Committee.
- Offer assistance in various projects related to marketing, event development, and sponsorship as required.
- Contribute to the creation of surveys, and assist in the collection and analysis of responses.
- Participate in the evaluation of potential venues for upcoming events.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
- Contribute to social media content creation, including drafting and scheduling posts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and event coordination.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the success of marketing and communication efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree or diploma program.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Internship, Student job
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
