**Responsibilities**
- Handling pre-online, post-online booking enquiries, other general enquiries, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation through various channels.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through various channels.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English communication**:English (B2 Level)**:

- Minimum **1 year of Customer Service** experience handling inbound calls
- Experience in airline customer service or handling international market would be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work on **evening and night shift.**:

- Each Shift consists of **9 working hours** included 1-hour break-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
