**主要职责 / Key Responsibilities**
- 为用户提供移动应用相关的技术支持,解决软件问题

Provide technical support for mobile app issues and troubleshoot software problems
- 培训护理人员如何高效使用应用程序

Conduct training sessions for caregivers on app features and usage
- 使用客服系统记录并跟进问题,监测和减少重复错误

Log and track issues using a ticketing system, identify and reduce recurring errors
- 与出勤团队合作,跟进并辅导多次违规用户

Collaborate with attendance team to follow up and coach repeat offenders

**岗位要求 / Qualifications**
- 必须流利使用英语、普通话和粤语(口语与书面)

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written)
- 具备优秀沟通能力,能够向非技术用户清晰解释技术内容

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
- 具有良好的客户服务态度、同理心与耐心

Strong customer service mindset with empathy and patience
- 拥有问题解决能力和逻辑思维能力

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- 乐于团队协作并持续改进
