E-commerce Specialist/ Quality Analyst

**Primary Responsibilities Include and not limited to**:

- Perform quality check including typography, composition, content, spell check, image quality and consistency on all assets based on brief submitted.
- Provide feedback to Graphic Designers prior to delivery of assets to client.
- Identify potential miss on assets deliverable prior to delivery to client.
- Constantly audit report data to ensure internal stakeholder following correct processes.

**Skills and experience**:

- Prior experience with Quality Specialist role preferred.
- People-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity in a matrix environment.
- Ability to work independently and within team environment with demonstrated track record.
- Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Business Knowledge & Client Interaction**:

- Understanding of the Ecommerce domain (Lazada, Shopee, D2C, etc.)
- Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way.
- Can deal with last minute changes and issues and pressure situations.
- Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service results and developments are understood.
- Ability to work with virtual teams.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
