**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular property inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Handle minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliances, fixtures, and other equipment.
- Respond promptly to repair requests from guests or property managers.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory of tools, materials, and equipment needed for maintenance.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are ready for guest check-ins and meet Airbnb quality standards.
- Perform general upkeep and cleanliness of the properties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a maintenance role, ideally in the Airbnb or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Willing to Travel (area KL)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
