**Customer Service**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Offer product suggestions and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Address customer complaints professionally or escalate them when necessary.

**Sales Operations**
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Promote discounts, and special promotions to customers.
- Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Process returns, exchange, and refunds as per company policies.
- Process goods return notes (GRN)
- Order items through purchasing department based on customer request.

**Stock Management**
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain adequate product levels.
- Ensure displays are visually appealing and products are placed in the correct locations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Check goods quantity to be tally with the stock up transaction details.

**Stock Maintenance**
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including display areas.
- Ensure the store is safe for customers and staff by addressing hazards promptly.
- Assist in arranging promotional displays and seasonal changes.
- Return expiry good to warehouse department for further actions.

**Team Collaboration**
- Support team members during busy periods and collaborate to meet the sales target.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
