The FNZ Solution Consulting team is a dedicated & focused division, that provides a range of high value Platform Consulting services to both new and existing customers. This includes running the FNZ Model Wealth Solution workshop & configuration process for new platform implementations; Supporting sales team in winning & scoping new projects; Defining, challenging and communicating the solutions, in the given client - delivery focused environment.

We are on the search for an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur and to play a key role, working on Asia projects, and providing leadership and expertise across the following areas:

- Providing up to date knowledge, awareness of current trends and future direction of the local asset management industry
- Presenting & explaining existing FNZ capability
- Defining, challenging & controlling scope of a project
- Capturing & documenting customer business outcomes to create requirements, solution designs and agreement of Joint Target Operating Models
- Platform integration design
- Business transformation support and consultancy services
- Regulation and advice on platform compliance
- Customer training programmes and knowledge transfer
- Platform configuration and delivering the MWS process
- Analyst & Developer handovers and support
- Functional Reviews & TDD walkthroughs
- Defect verification
- A relevant 1st class degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working within a Business Analysis / Product Owner / Consulting role
- Experience working in the Wealth Management Industry, ideally with the knowledge of the EPF and PRS Pension schemes, or other Wealth Platform domains
- Experience in configuring and implementing FinTech projects, defining the solutions, clarifying the project process, and running regular workshops
- An understanding of the regional regulatory environment and a detailed knowledge of regulatory change requirements
- Good communication skills, confident in dealing with high levels of internal and external client, and stakeholder interaction and management
- Confident, independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style
- Superior analytical thinking, a complex problem solver who is commercially aware and solution & execution focused
- Have strong technology, analytical and data interpretation skills
- Highly developed written and oral English communication
- Flexibility with business traveling
