IT Executive

**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage and monitor all infrastructure including but not limited to servers, notebooks, desktop PCs, printers, network and networking equipment are in operable condition.
- Day to day systems administration, management of network and internet traffic, systems security, disaster recovery, systems backup and maintenance.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving network, hardware & software issues or faults, and liaise with external IT vendors from time to time.
- Perform research, provide technical advice for IT purchase, and liaise with vendor for systems deployment or implementation.
- Propose, develop and implement necessary actions or enhancements to IT or processes to further improve systems capability, performance, reliability, resiliency & integrity which compliance within IT standard, policies & procedures.
- Assist in any improvement projects, upgrading system projects and ads-hoc projects assigned.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure system issue, enhancement and projects are implemented as per specification and with timely feedback.
- Conduct testing, implementation, and system optimization.
- Maintain and upkeep of the CCTV and door access system.
- Participate in other ad-hoc assignments and related duties when assigned.

**Job Requirement**:

- Familiar with Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows 7/8/10, Active Directory, DNS, Firewall, TCP/IP protocol, VPN, etc.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintain and support on technical issues is highly desirable (network, server, computer and peripheral)
- Experience with SAP and SQL software would be an added advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- Possess good communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
