Business Development Executive - Baby Products & Home & Living Furniture

**Location**: 93, Jalan Gasing, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

We are looking for a **driven and strategic Business Development Executive** to identify and secure **new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration channels** that support the growth of our brand and drive sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities:New Business & Partnerships**
- Identify, approach, and establish **new business collaborations** that enhance brand visibility and sales (e.g. partnerships with baby stores, hospitals, interior designers, department stores, corporate clients, etc.).
- Develop **partnership proposals and presentations** for potential collaborators and key retail partners.
- Secure **meetings with major retail chains, department stores, and corporate buyers** to explore distribution or concession opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of B2B and retail collaboration opportunities for both baby and home living product lines.

**Sales Support & Channel Expansion**
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create new **sales channels** (corporate gifting, pop-up stores, online tie-ups, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategies to **increase brand reach** and achieve sales growth targets.
- Identify potential **bulk buyers, institutional clients, or retailers** for partnership opportunities.
- Track competitor activities and identify new trends in the baby and home lifestyle market.

**Relationship Management & Reporting**
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners, vendors, and key clients.
- Prepare weekly reports on leads, meetings, and partnership progress.
- Represent the brand professionally in all external meetings and events.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (retail/lifestyle/furniture/baby industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of **rigorous fieldwork** and follow-ups.
- Excellent presentation and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- **Immediate availability preferred.**
