**Process Technician Packaging**

1. To be qualified and perform manual visual inspection of the ampoules/vials.

2. To operate the Packaging machines for leak test, inspection, labelling, blistering and cartoning process.

3. To assist leade in the changeover and maintenance of machines in Production during shift hour.

4. To comply to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.

5. To ensure that products are made according to BMR and BPR.

6. To ensure that all process/activities are recorded in logbook/ forms promptly and correctly as per GDP and GMP.

7. To ensure and assist in the smooth running of production according to schedule and meet approved quality standard.

8. To perform housekeeping in Production.

9. To clean and sanitize cleanrooms in Production.

**Process Technician Cleanroom**

1. To coordinate the daily shift to ensure continuity and efficiency of manufacturing process.

2. To ensure the availability of materials, consumables and smooth running of production process to meet the production schedule agreed and approved quality standard.

3. To ensure that the manufacturing process as per BMR and products are stored accordingly to obtain the required quality.

4. To ensure and verify the manufacturing process/activities that are recorded in logbook/forms promptly and correctly as per GDP and GMP.

5. To ensure strict implementation of procedures (SOP/WI) and other documents relating to production operations.

6. To conduct on the job training of procedures to new production personnel and refresher training to existing personnel.

7. To clean and disinfect cleanrooms in Production.

8. To perform filter integrity testing.

9. To troubleshoot problems for production cleanroom equipment’s.

10. To ensure assist in preventive maintenance of production equipment.

11. To perform cleaning and housekeeping, changeover, to assist calibration, operation and breakdown maintenance for machines in Production.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,850.00 per month
