Air Cargo Executive

1. To handle daily sales enquiries and quotations to clients for SFBO SBAC and SRAC.

2. To follow up with potential client on quotation after validation and approval of the sales by Management including ageing and collections.

3. To prepare sales proposal, term sheet and contract conditions and monitor the status.

4. Monitor, oversee, train and lead Operations Control Center Coordinators in developing and introducing highest service level and standards.

5. Ensure proper communication and respond to customers’ requirements.

6. To coordinate with aircraft charter request, inflight catering, hotel reservations and miscellaneous requests.

7. To develop and introduce new products and services to clients with focus in improving brand and products offered by SFBO and SRAC.

8. Multitasked and multiskilled to perform all tasks assigned by the management.

9. Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior.

**Educational Qualifications**:Diploma in Flight Operation Management/ Business Studies

**Relevant Experiences**:

- 2-3 years sales/business development experience on handling customers
- Proficiency in English
- Strong skill in interacting and communicating with clients

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
