Responsible for ensuring our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are effectively implemented and continuously improved.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Maintaining QHSE documentation; to upkeep quality and safety documents ensuring they are properly registered, stored, and easily

2) Review of documentation to ensure QHSE documentation is in-line with the current practice of company and being implemented effectively

3) Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of QHSE policies and procedures

4) Coordinate external audits (client, ISO, etc.), ensuring all documentation is in order and audit results remain at a high standard

5) Monitor and track QHSE performance metrics; prepare reports and supporting documentation

6) Policy Development and Implementation: Draft and update safety policies, ensuring these align with current laws and industry standards. This involves collaborating with different departments to create comprehensive and applicable policies

7) Training and Awareness: Educating staff through training programs and keeping a track record of those training reports with acknowledgement of attendance

8) Collaborate with multiple departments and branches to support QHSE initiatives and ensure compliance across disciplines

9) Actively engage with clients and vendors during audits and QHSE-related activities

**Requirements**:
1) Experience in QHSE coordination

2) Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes

4) Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills

5) Strong team player with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments

6) Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
