**Duties and Responsibility**
- Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Responsible for cash management, including performing international wire transfers, and maintaining lines of credit.
- Analyze accounts, review and prepare financial reports and subsequently propose and implement solutions with respect to problem transactions and irregularities
- Provide financial expertise and oversight to support operations and resolve challenges including restricted fund management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial transactions
- Prepare various schedules of P&L and Balance Sheet for monthly, quarterly and annual Financial and Management Accounts.
- Review detailed analyses of fixed assets, general ledger accounts, and forecast depreciation expenditure on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Prepare General Ledger accounting to ensure that all revenues and costs are correctly allocated and monitored including regular reconciliations of accounts
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and quarterly reconciliations with associates and related parties and prepare monthly intercompany position report
- Review balance day adjustments, closing entries and internal control systems to allow all final statements and bank reconciliations to be complete
- Prepare reconciliations of Bank statement, Account Payable and Account Receivable periodically and report to the top management for any discrepancies
- Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project revenues and expenses or to provide advice
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned.
**Administration**
- Ensure to records all invoice transactions into DynaMod System and delivered to Accounts Department weekly.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
