**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage with potential students interested in continued education and part-time programmes through various channels (online, events, partnerships).
- **Consultative Selling**: Provide prospective students with personalised consultation, understand their needs, career goals, and educational requirements, and recommend suitable programmes.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential students, corporate clients, and educational partners to drive enrolment.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the adult learning programmes.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the needs of the adult learner market.
- **Event Participation**: Represent SEGi College Kuala Lumpur at education fairs, corporate events, and other promotional activities to attract potential students.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure a smooth enrolment process for students.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or with a focus on adult learners.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of adult education trends and the needs of working adults.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
