TripCarte Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing Malaysia-based company that focuses on providing ticketing solutions to attractions and activities in the travel sector. It focuses on two primary markets, the B2C customer-facing website and its B2B market. TripCarte has expanded from 100 merchants in 2020 to 600 merchants in 2021 across South East Asia. Over the past 3 years, TripCarte has achieved proud milestones and awards (Cradle Best Tourism company) and (TENxClub).

As an intern, you will assist our team in finance, business development, content writing, back-end operation, and marketing You will be working with young executives as well. Not only that, you will have business trips to meet our existing merchants and new merchants.

**Requirement(s)**:

- Internship position is a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
- No work experience required.
- Familiarity with the G-suite of office products (Word, Spreadsheet, Slides), WordPress, and Canva.
- Good problem-solving skills and well-organized.
- Skilled at preparing briefings in Slides and using Spreadsheets to analyze data related to business and operations.
- Comfortable in front of a group and able to explain data and information.
- Capable of working both physically and remotely.
- Passion and always motivation in the travel and tourism industry
**Job Description(s)**:

- Assisting Finance officer in preparing merchant's weekly report, issuing payment, checking stock balance, and ad hoc tasks.
- Assisting the Operation team in managing products, managing travel agents, and ad hoc tasks.
- Assisting Marketing team in planning for campaign, content writing, creating marketing content and managing social media pages.
- Assisting Business Development Executive in managing merchants, visiting merchants, planning for new strategy and ad hoc tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
