Update clinicians' and centre's calendars on daily basis. Schedule clients’ appointments with physiotherapist accordingly.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Keep stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Basic secretarial task: Assist upper management with the coordination of their schedules, appointments, daily operational tasks, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, letters, and other official documents when needed
- Establish and maintain a keeping system for patient files and contacts directory.
