Marifah International School is seeking a committed and organized Activities and Discipline Supervisor to join our team. This role combines planning and managing extracurricular activities with supervising student discipline, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging school environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Activities (CCA & Extracurricular)**:

- Develop and implement annual and term-based plans for extracurricular and Co-Curricular Activities (CCA).
- Prepare and manage activity budgets, schedules, and teacher/student assignments.
- Coordinate cultural, artistic, athletic, and scientific programs to enhance student talents.
- Ensure activities are conducted according to the approved school calendar and promote student engagement.
- Work closely with teachers to support student participation and provide guidance during activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, suggesting improvements when needed.

**Student Discipline**:

- Monitor student attendance, punctuality, dress code, and overall behavior in line with school policies.
- Supervise assemblies, classrooms, and common areas to ensure order, cleanliness, and safety.
- Organize teacher duty schedules and oversee student conduct during breaks.
- Support timely class attendance for teachers and students, reporting recurring issues when necessary.
- Establish and guide a student scout team to assist in maintaining discipline.
- Work closely with school leadership and staff to improve discipline and activity programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in student activity coordination or supervision.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage student discipline constructively and positively.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 7:40 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
