- L1 IT helpdesk support users based in Malaysia.
- Resources should be fluent in Chinese language.
- 24X7 Support window.
- Should know some technical support, would be good.
- Should have knowledge of ticketing in customer support.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
