You will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop content strategies, manage TikTok campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute **TikTok content strategy** to grow followers and sales.
- Manage **daily posting, product videos, and live sessions** on TikTok Shop.
- Create engaging videos aligned with **current trends, sounds, and campaigns.**:
- Optimize content and ads to **increase conversion rate and ROI.**:
- Work with marketing & creative teams for cohesive branding.
- Analyze TikTok performance and **adjust strategy to achieve sales target.**:
- Manage and coordinate **influencers/talents** for promotions or collaborations.
- **Achieve monthly TikTok sales targets** set by management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **TikTok marketing or TikTok Shop management.**:
- Strong creativity, video editing, and storytelling skills.
- Sales-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Familiar with TikTok Ads, analytics, and live features.
