**Business Strategy and Planning**
- Shares responsibility for Affin Hwang's Group overall startegic plan, and assist to ensure the performance and growth of the IB business is aligned, and a key driver of Affin Hwang Group's performance and overall market positioning
- Provide feedback to MD IB's competitive ladnscape, market intelligence, new business opportunities, and competitive threats, in order to protect and grow the market share

**Business Performance and Management**
- Oversees the management of the Client Coverage teams
- Assist MD IB to ensure revenue and customer portfolio growth across the IB teams
- Assist MD IB to promote and builds strategic relationship with all clients, both existing and new, to grow market share, and increasing Affin Hwang Group's share of customers' wallets
- Assist MD IB in the implementation of key talent initiatives in the Division, including building in Affin Hwang's employer brand, developing talent capability, reinforcing a performance culture, fostering the Group's core values
- Assist MD IB to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, Affin Hwang's policies and procedures, including establishing and maintaining robust operating controls
- Assist MD IB to represent CC business to external constituencies

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant discipline
- 10 or more years of relevant experience at an established financial institution
- Sound understanding of regulations, and deep industry and market knowledge with a view of translating this into effective business strategies to grow the business
- Good leadership skills to assist in building a high-performing organization and collaborative future
