Welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with our seating procedures. Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries as required.
- Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and take in reservations with given consideration to guests’ preferences
- Greet incoming guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name
- Be familiar with our menu and service procedures
- Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff
- Observant to guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
- Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies, safety and security
- Set and clear tables; replenish water; serve food and beverages
- Issue dining charges by verifying orders;
- calculating taxes; totaling bill for to-go orders
- Give all guests a friendly “Goodbye” or “Thank you” upon departure
- Relates all guests’ comments to the manager pertaining to suggestions and complaints
- Participate with positive approach towards training and daily briefing. Realize the importance of team spirit to ensure that fellow staffs are pursuing a unified standard of service

**Requirements**:

- Pleasant personality and well groomed.
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to communicate fluently in English. Bonus if you are multilingual.
- Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
- Must be able to clearly communicate guests’ needs to other staff.
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Able to work effectively within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
