**What will you be engaged in?**
As our **Business Admin Assistant (2 Months Contract) **you will have the opportunity to:

- Main roles is closing the expectation gap in audit
- Experience in an administration position.
- Working together with the Business Development Specialist and Supply team to create a sufficient managing administration process.
- Manage Parking zone payment and schedule of parking payment arrangement.
- Manage parking and building tenancy agreement also basic legal related issues.
- Able to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver tasks where required
- Control and coordinate with parking management for parking-related issues or matters

- At least a SPM holders
- Able to commit for **2-month contract position**:

- Proficient in using GSuite (GSheet, GSlide, GDoc)
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Willing to learn attitude.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills, including carrying out weekly and monthly reporting
- Must have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and be able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines.
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
