We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as **Store Manager/Supervisor/Senior Sales Associate/Sales Associate** for the upcoming new outlet at East Coast Mall (Opening In November). - **Main Role**:
Reporting to Retail Ops/Retail HOD, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall daily operation of the store to maximize sales and profits by taking ownership and responsibility for all aspects of store operations, while playing an active role on the sales floor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure store operational requirements as per set Standard Store Operating Procedure (SOP) and by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results all the time
- Ensure all the time excellent customer service and demonstrate strong selling skills
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Prepare and submit all monthly store expenses / invoices, and other reports to Malaysia Office
- Prepare and submit effective monthly staff duty roster, attendance report and other related reports and documents to Malaysia Office for payroll processing / Sales Tracking/ Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales report
- Other operational tasks as assigned by the immediate superior / Retail Ops / Head of Retail

**Job Requirement**:

- Must possess at least SPM or equivalent and preferable with 2 years of Retail working experiences.
- Those without sales experience but with initiative to learn keen sense in Sport industry will also be considered.
- BM and English language is required.
- With strong sense of responsibility and pro-activity.
- Commit to work on shift, long hours, weekends, and Public Holidays as needed.

Working days : 6 off day Per Month
