Clinical Laboratory Scientist

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Obtain specimens, conduct tests, and report results promptly, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of all instruments and analyzers relevant to the specific specialty, as well as competence in other manual laboratory techniques.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers, conducting regular checks to ensure proper functioning, cleanliness, and taking necessary action to address any faults.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance systems, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective laboratory services to the hospital.
- Execute any assigned tasks from management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, with proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and quality control principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately perform tests and interpret results.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and computer proficiency.
