**Responsibilities**:
Data Analysts (Team Lead)

**About this role**:We are looking for a Team Lead for Data Analyst to join Xsolla’s internal service team. The incumbent will be responsible for people management, building a team and in charge of the data analyst projects.

**CORE JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITY
People-management (team building, employee onboarding)

Building processes within a team

Building processes of interaction with external stakeholders

Backlog management (task prioritization, roadmap)

Control of ongoing projects

Conducting scrum rituals

Professional development of team members

**Team focus: The team assists product teams in decision making.**

The Data Analyst in our company gathers, cleans, and studies data sets to help solve problems.

Proactive user behavior research to find growth points for product and business metrics.

Continuous product support in the data area. Product data coverage (together with developers). Calculation of metrics, building dashboards, monitoring metrics, anomaly research. Assistance in evaluating the effect of new features.

Generation of hypotheses. Design and analysis of A/B test results. Other methods for testing hypotheses.

Promoting the idea of data-informed culture in the company. Learning new tools. Writing documentation.

Advanced training in product analytics (studying new approaches to building a system of product metrics, methods for generating and testing hypotheses, data enrichment from various sources).

**Base tools**:
SQL (MySql, Big Query)

BI (Data Studio)

Data analysis (Python: numpy, pandas, scipy, matplotlib, seaborn, etc)

AB-tests

**Team**:
1-2 Junior Data Analysts (Product Analyst) - for routine tasks in large products: uploads, simple reports, investigation of simple anomalies.

Middle and Senior Data Analysts (Product Analyst) - in each product (5-6 products).

**Stakeholders**:
Product Team (Product Manager, Analyst, Designer, Developer, QA)
